Returns Information
Do you accept returns?
Only non-branded items are eligible for return. Any item which has had a customer logo, text or design added cannot be returned. Any non-branded items may be returned as long as they are in re-sellable condition (unworn, tags attached, in packaging). Due to hygiene reasons the following items cannot be returned under any condition - underwear, socks, snoods, facecoverings, waterbottles and mugs.
Returns should be made within 28 days of reciept of items, returns made outside of this timeframe (unless discussed) may not be elligble for refund or credit.
How can returns be made?
Items can be retuned to the below address either in person, or by post. If sending by post please contact us prior to return to ensure items are eligible for return.

Do you offer refunds?
Yes, any return in the conditions stated above are eligible for full refund, store credit or an exchange. We may offer only store credit or exchange if items are not returned in original packaging or tags have been removed. We do reserve the right to refuse a refund in any circumstance if our team conclude that the items being returned do not meet the above criteria.
Please note, we are not liable to cover any costs in the returns process, and will not remburse shipping costs. MIYO Apparel is not liable if you choose incorrect sizing or items - it is the customers duty to check all orders or quotes prior to purchase.
